this little anger of mine

dear my inner child,

why are you so angry, my love? was it the way the world treated you for decades? or how people judge you from the way you look the minute you stepped out of the house? or is it all those questions you asked through text and nobody bothered to answer?

i'll tell you to get over it, and it will be the most useless thing to say because i know you will not get over it.

you have been through a lot, so much. so so much, up to a point that a previous potential employer asked you in a job interview, "how do you survive? i don't know how can you survive all of this"

but you did survive, my love. your anger protected you, your anger stood up for your rights, your anger gave you (unfortunately negative) energy to go through this shithole called life.

it's okay to feel angry my love. let it all out and let it go.

tomorrow is a brand new day to start over, and i hope you don't feel so angry anymore.

i love you, okay? i'm here for you; always has been.

yours truly,
your mature self
